I found a new show.
Yes, it's hard to pry the remote control from my quirky fingers to change the channel from any Law & Order shows. This last Saturday AFTER a Law & Order eppy, this show came on called, Legend of the Seeker.
I watched it and enjoyed it.
The show is based loosely on The Sword of Truth novels by Terry Goodkind. I've always enjoyed reading the fantasy genre, so it's no surprise that I would enjoy this show.
But as I was watching it something started niggling on my mind. Something about what I was seeing was just a little bit... off. I found myself hunching my shoulders and squinting my eyes in concentration to see if I could identify what was hovering on the edge of my quirky mind.
After a while, the light-bulb came on.
"Aha!" I exclaimed.
I knew what it was.
Craig Horner is the actor who portrays the main character, Richard Cypher, the Seeker. He is paired up in love relationship with the Mother Confessor, Kahlan Amnell portrayed by Bridget Regan (and we all know men are dying to strike up a romance with any female with the title "Mother" and "Confessor." Ahem.)
She's a gawgeous gal. Dark hair, blue eyes, cute figure. Yeah, I'm totally jealous cuz she's got two boobs and I only have...well never mind.
And he's cute, except for one thing.
His head is too small.
Whenever they show the two actors together in a scene, her head is much larger than his.
It makes him look femmie.
And that makes him not so hot in my book.
Behold.
Tiny-man head coupled with the normal female head.
It's disconcerting, isn't it?
I'm not only a seeker of the truth, but a speaker of it as well.
And the truth is this: his head's too small.
Another truth?
I'm superficial, only when absolutely necessary.
Ahem.
B.S. No legends, truths, or heads were harmed during the production of this post. The honest truth can be harsh. I like harsh. Sometimes. Especially when it's NOT aimed at me. *smile*

Hey, I am a true Blue fan of Law and Order but the SVU series. My husband calls my interest in Violence quite ghoulish :)
The head size of the seeker duly noted.Yeah she looks larger than him but is definitely cute. My interest is piqued. Will check out this show soon.
I have seen the show, too. Maybe the truth he seeks will be to grow from man-child with tiny head to a full grown man one day...lol!
My DH & I have read the Terry Brooks Shannara series, so I like this type of genre myself.
Yeah, but his sword is bigger than hers... (although hers definitely looks sharper)
I am cracking up!! Okay..so maybe he hasn't hit puberty yet??
What a quirky conundrum! His head looks perfectly proportioned to his body as does hers, and yet side-by-each his does indeed look too small.

She looks to be a bit "Amazon-ish". He's probably small-boned.
Poor guy. He's probably 5'4" and standing on a box.
I will use my best paparazzi skills and go check him out.

Never heard of this show; no surprise there...but you are RIGHT! His head is oddly misshapen and hideously deformed. ew. You know what they say... ew.
(Last night I saw on a something I had scribbled down on a slip of paper that my little boy had written dun dun dun underneath my words...haha. I thought of you; although I'm pretty sure he wasn't referring to L&A. ;) )
Thanks for pointing out that woman had a head, Quirks. (Now I know why they still call it the boob tube.)
Darn you, Quirks - you had to go and point that out - the little head thingy ... now the show is RUINED for me!
Sigh, now I gotta find a new fave show to watch ...
The Old Silly
Ok, so I generally notice dudes with oversized heads like Paul Rudd. His head is positively monster sized!
LOL! Yes, great observation, his head is too small. I believe the name for the syndrome is tiniheadius. Stay tuned, a world-wide telethon is in the works.
Seems that women don't like a man with a tiny head! I guess size does matter!!! lol

Take a look at singer Andy Williams' head. Remember him? Google him. Find a photo of him next to normal people.

OMG, you're right! His head's not only smaller than her head, it's smaller than her boo.....well, never mind. Let's just say that he has a small head and it's very distracting.

She's 18foot tall and he's one of Snow White's little helpers. No wonder his head looks small...
