It's Maddening!

What is cable's number one show?

I'm more than a little bit confused.

I heard this the other day: Watch Cable's number one program: The Closer on TNT starring Kyra Sedgewick. We Know Drama.

Then a day or two later: Watch Holly Hunter in Saving Grace, cable's number one drama only on TNT. We Know Drama.

And still yet: Cable's new number one program is on TNT: Men of a Certain Age starring Ray Romano. We Know Drama.

What?

So TNT is pitting its own shows against each other? Each is claiming to be the number one cable show. I guess they really do "know drama." The TNT slogan: We Know Drama. Just in case you hadn't figured it out yet.

What?

No need to slap me. I was just trying to be helpful. Yeesh. Apparently TNT is not the only entity that "knows" drama.

Now I appreciate TNT because they air a little show called Law & Order which I enjoy watching a little bit. And for that matter the USA Network does justice to airing Law & Order shows too. USA Network: Characters Welcome.

I'm glad. That means I'm welcome there too.

And we all know: I'm definitely a character.

*grin*

But you and I can't forget a little cable show on AMC: Story Matters Here. Watch AMC's Madmen: Cable's number one Emmy and Golden Globe winning series.

And since THAT is my favorite cable drama show I'm going with that one.

And that's all that matters to me!

It's Madmen Baby.

And if I find out that it's not cable's number one drama?

Then that makes me mad.

Real mad.

B.S. No cable television shows were harmed during the production of this post. And please do not dis the best, number one show on cable: Madmen. Because if you do? YOU might be harmed during the post-production of this post.

I've decided that I like my drama with some humour thrown in. I adore Castle - can't get enough of Bones and LOVE HOUSE. All dramas with enough giggles to keep me happy - especially when my Glee isn't on air - darn you American Idol!!!

Must watch Madmen - need to get a DVD and start from the beginning.

@Reffie You have my permission and blessing to watch 24 and Lost. But leave some time for Madmen. *grin*

@Madman Marv Wha? Are you on that show? Funny. I don't recognize you. *smile*

@MeMe I lurve it! I was hooked from the very first eppy.

@Joanne Dang. I watch a lot of tv but have no clue what Castle is? Or Glee? I'm too caught up in my Law & Order bubble. Sorry! *smile*

Oh, come on, Quirky. I think everybody knows that cable's number one show is "Caged College Lesbians," available On Demand for $9.99.
